Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
If we were still a nation based on Christian principles that's how the headlines would read. But President Obama is correct, we are alas no longer a Christian nation. So the headlines trumpet "Vermont legalizes gay marriage". They join Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Iowa on the redefinition of marriage bandwagon.
But, Vermont is the first state to do so via an actual vote of the state legislature, in effect making this action the will of its people. They have consciously endorsed a repudiaton of our Christian heritage. Sodom and Gomorrah are now rebuilt right here in the United States. The fact that this abomination comes during Holy Week should give us all cause for alarm. It is an affront to the solemnity of Christ's death on the Cross and the Glory of His Resurrection.
The people of Vermont have pitted themselves against Church teaching and annointed their legislature as Magisterium. In their misguided search for "equal rights" they presume to know what is right and proper without regard for the spiritual, historical, and biological nature of marriage. Matt Barber, Director of Cultural Affairs with both Liberty Counsel and Liberty Alliance Action, and Associate Dean with Liberty University School of Law, notes that the US Supreme Court has already codified the definition of marriage as being between one man and one woman. The federal Defense of Marriage Act further enshrines the sanctity of traditional marriage in our nation's laws.
In Baker v. Nelson, our nation's high court rightfully observed: "The institution of marriage as a union of man and woman, uniquely involving the procreation and rearing of children within a family, is as old as the book of Genesis. ... Marriage and procreation are fundamental to the very existence and survival of the race.
Like Jesus told His disciples, the righteous people of Vermont must shake the
dust of that wanton land from their feet.
