President Drone Killer hath decreed: The surviving Boston bombing "suspect" won't be classified as an enemy combatant. Because he's just a run-of-the-mill murderer now, certainly not a Muslim terrorist hell-bent on winning one for Allah.

Or so his court-appointed lawyer will argue. He's a kid dontcha know, led astray by his Islamist older brother. All Dzhokhar ever wanted to do was emulate his brother's success in the boxing ring. Then he was duped into taking a walk, not realizing the backpacks his brother told him to leave behind were in actuality anti-personnel bombs.

Hey, that "who me? I was just taking a shower" nonsense worked for Kathy Boudin, right?. And Obama mentor Bill Ayers famously proclaimed himself "guilty as sin and free as a bird." Bombings? What bombings? And dead cops? What dead cops? It's all good when you spout the appropriate lefty talking points.

Mark my words. Sooner or later Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will end up as a professor at Columbia too. Or better yet, he'll land a Cabinet slot in the Michelle Obama Administration. Because Islam is a Religion of Peace. And Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is merely a peaceful kid who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. There's already a Change.org petition saying just that. What more "proof" do you need?
