Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
Fireworks and girls in bikinis are pretty much staples of any red-blooded
American's Fourth of July weekend party. Right? So when a Puyallup Washington
fireworks stand opened last month it combined the two by
featuring girls in bikinis selling the fireworks.
Neighbors who live on the north end of downtown Puyallup are not happy. As of Wednesday afternoon, a total of 17 people had contacted Puyallup city officials to complain about the bikini fireworks stand.
Complain? What is wrong with these killjoys?
The sign for the business which reads "Nearly Naked Fireworks" in block letters, flanked by female silhouettes is particularly offensive, Claeys said.
"We have lots of young families with young children who are walking past that every day to go to the park," said Claeys, who has three children under 16. "I just don't think it's appropriate by a grade school or a park. It's just tacky."
Fortunately for the fireworks stand (and us) "tacky" isn't against the law
in Puyallup. But since when are girls in bikinis "tacky"? Doesn't she take
her kids to the beach, or the town pool? In towns up and down the Jersey
shore girls walk around in bikinis all summer long and nobody complains.
Nearly Naked Fireworks will be closed up and gone by Sunday.
"Simply put, nudity is prohibited, but wearing a bikini is not," McLean said. "Local governments are not allowed to regulate speech in the private sector, so we can't censor the name."
Good for you Mr. McLean!
Seriously, I don't see the harm. And it gives me an excuse to link to a picture of girl in a bikini. Did you notice what her bikini is adorned with pictures of? Fireworks! Is this a great country or what?
