Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
The people who run New Jersey have lost their minds. The State Assembly approved a bill yesterday to provide for taxpayer funding of pet neutering for people collecting public assistance.
The operation can cost from 60 to several hundred dollars, depending on the type and gender of the animal. The extent of presurgery testing and care after the surgery also plays a role in the cost.
For each subsidized procedure, the owner pays $20 to the state's Animal Population Control Fund. Veterinarians' charges would be reimbursed by the state.
Shouldn't people collecting welfare concentrate on taking care of themselves? What right do they have to squander their government handouts on pet food and other frivolities? Why am I picking up the tab for their pet to be neutered?
If it is the job of government to subsidize pet ownership, what then can be reasonably considered to not fall under its purview? Perhaps subsidized bling will be next? Or maybe a $20 co-pay on some bitchin rims and mag wheels?
I know what really needs to be neutered — the morons who dreamt this up.
And the clowns who voted for it.
