Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
Being an asshole is now called bias intimidation.
A Paulsboro couple has been indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on bias intimidation charges allegedly directed at a family with an autistic child.
Douglas M. Scheuerer, 45, and his wife, Donna Ricotta-Scheuerer, 50, are each charged with two counts of bias intimidation.
The two are accused of taking a commercially-made "Slow. Children at Play" sign and inserting the hand-written words "healthy, normal" after the word slow, said Bernie Weisenfeld, spokesman for the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. The sign was displayed on the lawn of the couple's home.
There is a family with an autistic child living across the street from the Scheuerers, Weisenfeld said.
OK, first, does anyone here remember the First Amendment? Seriously. Sticks and stones and all that.
Second, The Scheuerers are jerks. Capital J jerks.
Which once upon a time wasn't actually a crime. Until Dharun Ravi. Now being a jerk is illegal. Yikes.
Where does it end?
I might have more sympathy, except bullying little kids is apparently OK when homosexuals do it. Because they're a protected class or something.
Criminalizing speech is a very slippery slope. There is no Constitutional right
to not be offended. And if the courts invent one the country we live in won't
resemble the America we all know and love.
