Did you see the movie Wall-E? Remember how all the humans are fat blobs riding around on motorized chairs? Visiting Disney World I saw those people in real life.
You can't imagine the sheer number of fat slobs rolling through the parks on those mobility chairs usually reserved for disabled people. Hundreds. Everywhere you turn, there's another one. They're young, or at most middle aged, with a brood of little fat kids in tow. And they're stuffing their faces with ice cream and cookies while shamelessly toot-tooting their lazy asses up to the front of all the lines.
Disney must know it's a scam. We did see truly disabled people, but they were almost always in wheelchairs being pushed by a family member. And they were unfailingly polite, not barreling through like a bull in a china shop. The lard asses were defiantly obnoxious, acting as if it was their God given right to waddle on and off the rides while holding up the lines for everyone else.
So I can't help but think that by making Wall-E the Disney folks set out to mock the legions of lazy sods who invade their theme parks each day. And the best part is, the fat slobs don't realize that the joke's on them.
