Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
That Stimulus plan must really be working by now, right? President Obama rammed it through the Congress at breakneck speed because he told us the nation's unemployment rate would surge past 8% if nothing was done.
Yesterday the unemployment rate rocketed to 9.5% as 467,000 more jobs were lost during the month of June. Yup, he really is stimulating our economy, isn't he?
There are now 14.7 million Americans out of work.
Many economists predict the jobless rate will hit 10 percent this year, and keep rising into next year.
And Obama is busy holding Potemkin press conferences. Press secretary "Baghdad Bob" Gates should probably have figured out by now that when Helen Thomas says you're full of shit you really are full of shit.
Obama shot his wad with the Stimulus. It hasn't worked, but he's already moved on to other priorities. He's got an auto company to run. Cap & Tax needs to be shepherded through the Senate so he can raise our electric rates. (But, but, wouldn't that hurt the economy? "Be quiet you!") And the government takeover of health care is now way more important to him than a few lost jobs. People will be grateful when he starts passing out free aspirin! (But not Tylenol; he banned that while you weren't looking.)
Republicans now have a golden opportunity to regroup and refocus the country on what's really important. All they have to do is resurrect an old Democratic Party slogan.
"It's the economy, stupid."
