It is now impossible to escape The Most Overexposed President In History. Watching the Saints pound the Bellicheats last night what do I see? A commercial for "NFL Play60", starring (who else?) Barack Obama.
Having solved all of the country's other problems, The One is now busy telling us to exercise and eat right.
Erick Erickson says it best:
Seriously, is nothing sacred? Can we not escape this man at all? People watch sports in general for the love of the game and to escape the daily minutia of life. Barack Obama showing up randomly like a bad rash is annoying.
Really, the interminable slo-mo "action shot" of him catching a pass like he's Randy Moss at the goal line is over the top. He's not going to win the Heisman Trophy. He looks ridiculous.
Besides, I thought basketball was his game. Does he have to invade every sport? Can't he devote some time to, oh I don't know, running the country?
And although I can't be sure, I think I caught a glimpse of Tareq and Michaele Salahi skulking around in the shadows just before Barry caught the ball.
One of those little kids shoulda tackled him. Now that would've been worth watching!
(Via
Bob Belvedere who suggests we need to put some ointment on that rash.
Nah, I'm going straight for the brain bleach!)

Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.
