Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
I like and respect Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK). He is a reliably conservative voice amid the pack of RINOs who inhabit the upper echelons of the GOP. And I agree with the sentiments of his reaction to President Obama's Cairo speech, but not with his choice of words. Sen. Inhofe pulled no punches, saying "I just don't know whose side he's on." (h/t Memeorandum)
Sen. Jim Inhofe said today that President Barack Obama's speech in Cairo was "un-American" because he referred to the war in Iraq as "a war of choice" and didn't criticize Iran for developing a nuclear program.
As is typical for the left-wing they reacted more to the senator's words than to the sentiments they represent. (Listen, if the White House can spin Sonia Sotomayor's "wise Latina" trope I can excuse Sen. Inhofe's unfortunate turn of phrase and still defend his point of view.)
Obama threw Israel under a bus and he expressed absolute solidarity with the Palestinians by using the perverse Arab euphemism of "resistance" to refer to their acts of terrorism and aggression. When George W. Bush was in the White House the liberals all complained that he was too cozy with the Arabs. They lamented his friendship with the Saudis as him "sucking up for oil". Well, Barack Hussein Obama did more sucking up during one day in Cairo than Bush ever did in eight years.
Does that make him "un-American"? Probably not. But it does make me
nervous. He can dream of his magic unicorns and sing kumbaya. He can
say that the United States is not, and never will be, at war with Islam.
But he can't ignore forever the fact that a great many adherents of Islam
are at war with us.
