Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
The Obama Administration still can't get their act together on Cash for Clunkers. The wildly popular auto rebate program is out of money again (maybe, nobody is quite sure) but dealers still aren't getting paid.
The National Automobile Dealers Association estimates dealers have hundreds -- and in some cases, thousands -- of applications pending that are "worth hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars."
Dealers, generally, pay the rebates out of pocket and have to wait to be reimbursed by the government. But administrative delays have created a stream of unpaid claims.
The president of the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association said yesterday that half its 425 members have stopped offering rebates from the program because they can no longer afford them.
Mark Schienberg said his dealers have been compensated for only about 2 percent of the clunkers deals they've made, leaving many short of cash.
Ah but you see, it's their fault.
LaHood said some of the submitted paperwork has been incomplete or inaccurate, leading to delays. He acknowledged that the department did not have enough people to process the paperwork.
It's "incomplete or inaccurate" paperwork! For what amounts to a glorified coupon.
How many of you have ever filled out an insurance form? Let's see a show of hands. OK, how many of you thought the forms were overly complicated? Yup. Me too.
Who here thinks that the forms for Obamacare will be less error prone than a simple rebate coupon? Yup, again it's almost unanimous.
So when doctors and hospitals stop accepting Obamacare because they haven't been paid, what are you going to do? Will lame excuses be any consolation to Grandma while she's still in pain because she needs a new hip?
If we can't trust them to handle a bunch of simple rebate coupons I'm
certainly not going to trust them to control the purse strings on anything
affecting my family's health and well-being.
