The U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors has officially rescinded their decision to cut Saturday deliveries. They didn't really have a choice; Congress inserted language into last month's spending bill which prohibits them from changing their delivery schedule.
But they're not a Government Agency, right? Because every "independent" business has to do whatever Congress tells it to do.
Oh, wait, Obamacare. Sorry. Nevermind. We all belong to the government.
And so, neither rain, nor snow, nor crippling deficits and exponentially
escalating pension payments will stop these couriers from the plodding
postponement of their appointed rounds.
