Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
Here's the thing. I was going to sit out "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day". @Nadz convinced me that "live and let live" was the right approach to the Moslems, at least in America. His last comment to my rant against the Ground Zero mosque made sense.
We need to respect these nice people's right to assemble on private land -- even in Manhattan -- to do whatever absurd things they do to worship their particular old bearded guy in the sky and recite whatever incoherent dogma their God tells them to recite.
But then Facebook went and took down the fan page for Everybody Draw Mohammed Day.
Not cool. Not cool at all. See, when I agreed to "live and let live", they sorta had to agree to the same terms. And that includes putting up with people who want to mock them. After all, when that Mapplethorpe shithead put a Crucifix in a bottle of urine I didn't threaten to kill anybody.
And thus I have to reassess my solicitude to @Nadz sentiments. The Moslems aren't just doing "whatever absurd things things they do" in a vacuum. No siree. They're plotting and scheming and planning to force me into doing those things too. And that "incoherent dogma"? It sounds a lot like a declaration of war against the United States and the freedoms we enjoy.
You know, I've seen some weird religious shit. Baptists and Pentecostals eat live chickens. Scientology is stupidity on steroids. But none of those guys threaten violence, let alone kill the folks who mock them. There is no Christian word for "jihad".
So @Nadz, I hate to disappoint you old sport, but the Mohammedans need to be taught a lesson. Everyone Draw Mohammed Day seems like a good way to get that process started.
Alas, my Photoshop skillz are non-existent. So here are some friends in the ether who have embraced Everybody Draw Mohammed Day.
TrogloPundit drew a blank. Literally. But dude, white? Mo is a dark side kinda guy, dontcha think? I'd have picked black for my blank. Like the black hole of stupidity which seems to surround his followers.

Tigerhawk created a Mohammed emoticon. It just might be the first ascii art to receive a death threat.
Fishersville Mike says his illustrative skillz are on a par with mine, but that didn't stop him from linking to some worthier efforts.

D.R. Berry says "It's May 20th, Do You Know Where Your Freedom of Speech Is?" Um, Barry filed it under "lost"?
Before we get started on the rest of this week's linkage let me remind you guys that the Daily Chris Christie Fact is always posted to my Tumblr blog. Today's entry:
Chris Christie is not your "bro", but if you keep talking about raising taxes he will tase your sorry ass.
My main man Bobby Bel joined in my distaste for the elites of Princeton, NJ and their sanctuary city stupidity. But wouldn't you know, there is at least one sane city government in America. And it's in California! The City of Costa Mesa passed a resolution declaring their town a "rule of law city". Illegal aliens, go home! Will LA and Seattle boycott them too?

So here we are at the end of another weekly linkaround. Last week I said I'd call out a few A-list bloggers who might find it in their hearts to share the linky love with me. So much for that idea. 0 for 3. Not even a nibble on the trackbacks I sent. If I had feelings I guess I'd be crushed.
When it comes to rejection I've had lots of experience. Tons, actually. I can
take it. Really.
