Technorati and Me
Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.

(31DBBB) I wrote a List Post
My previous post — 5 items NJ Governor Jon Corzine can cut from the state budget — is a result of the task for Day #2 of the 31 day Build a Better Blog challenge. The assignment was to write a List Post.
I've never been one for lists. I think in the 2 years I've been blogging I may have posted only a handful of them. My Facebook friends are forever poking me with stuff like "here are my 5 favorite ice cream flavors, what are yours". Feh. I don't have time for that silliness.
But since I'm determined to become a better blogger I took a shot at making a list. One very good justification for list posts was cited by the Problogger instructions for the task — lists are quickly scannable and online readers are a notoriously fickle bunch. A list helps them to decide if what I wrote is worth their time to read it.
So let me know. Did my list catch your interest?
