Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
How out of touch are the leaders of the Republican Party? How about this — their cluelessness hit a new low when they decided to disinvite Sarah Palin from speaking at the joint NRCC - NRSC fundraising dinner. (h/t Memeorandum)
After being invited - for a second time - to speak to the annual joint fundraiser for the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Palin was told abruptly Saturday night that she would not be allowed to address the thousands of Republicans there after all.
The reason given for the snub, said a Palin aide, was that NRCC Chairman Pete Sessions was concerned about not wanting to upstage former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, the fundraising gala's keynote speaker.
Newt Gingrich is a great American and a great Republican. But let's face it, he's not the guy to energize a crowd. Five minutes into a Gingrich speech and I'm praying for my BlackBerry to go off. Ten minutes and I'm reaching for the No-Doz. And he's yesterday's GOP. He's had his time in the sun. Featuring him means the GOP wants to keep resting on their laurels and/or relive the good old days.
Sarah Palin represents the future. On Saturday she drove into a small town in upstate New York and drew twenty thousand people. During the 2008 campaign her crowds were almost always larger than those for Sen. John McCain even though he was on top of the ticket. The enthusiasm of her supporters is palpable. She gets people excited.
And thus the GOP clown show doesn't want her to "upstage" former Speaker Gingrich. The fact that he can be upstaged should set off alarm bells among the leadership. Instead they hide their heads in the sand and tell her not to upset their apple carts.
Perhaps because their strategy so far has been so amazingly successful
they can't bear the thought of changing it? Are they trying to ensure
a perpetual GOP minority?
