Here they are, the coveted WyBlog endorsements!
For President: Mitt Romney. Like you had to ask, right?
For Senator: Joe Kyrillos. Yeah, I'd never heard of him either. But anybody's gotta be better than Bob Menendez (D-La Raza).
For Congress: Rodney Frelinghuysen. Because he's a good guy and he's done a good job. Plus, his opponent is a Greek Socialist. Have you seen Greece lately?
For Sheriff: Meh. Orlando Mendez? Couldn't pick him out of a lineup. But the current doofus, Armando Fontoura is our county's chief law enforcement dude, and he utterly failed to root out a convicted felon who was illegally working on his administrative team. Methinks Armando isn't paying too much attention to actual law enforcement.
For Caldwell Council: Pete Murray and Rich Hauser! Pete and Rich have been on the frontlines for the past three years, working to make Caldwell a much better town. There's no reason to rock the boat, let 'em keep doing what they do best.
Public Question #1: No.
Public Question #2: Yes. Judges aren't imperial. They're not better than us. They don't deserve free health care just because they think they're special. Every other state employee (including the governor) is paying for his health care. Judges should too.
School Board: No opinion. Really. Because it doesn't matter, we aren't allowed
to vote on the budgets anymore. And whoever gets elected spends our tax dollars
like drunken sailors anyway. So pick whatever automaton you want to rubber stamp
everything the teachers union demands. Whoever gets elected we're still screwed.
