Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
It's good to be king. Even when things aren't going your way because you've run the state into the ground you can always rally the troops to put the best possible spin on your meager "accomplishments".
Last week a memo went out from NJ Governor Jon Corzine's office instructing his senion staff members to find creative ways of showcasing his job creation efforts. Department heads were told to pigeonhole media contacts to "get their message out".
"I know that it might be a stretch for some of you, but please be creative," the e-mail states. "While many programs might not created (sic) jobs directly, they do have some connection to job creation either through training, giving money to sustain employment or create demand for workers."
I like that "be creative" part. New Jersey is hemorrhaging jobs so it's pretty hard to put a positive spin on Jon Corzine's record. No problemo! His guys will just make stuff up! Their media lapdogs will swallow it whole and reprint it verbatim anyway, right?
Corzine's missive comes dangerously close to forcing public employees to work on his re-election campaign. Media events designed to put a positive spin on Corzine's tenure as governor can have but one purpose this close to election day, and we all know what that is. He's not fooling anyone with his lame excuse about these events not being "coordinated" with his campaign.
Really? He's the guy running for re-election and he just happens to tell his subordinates to go out and stretch the truth on his behalf in the course of their official duties as public servants? Come on, man!
As I recall, Newt Gingrich was run out of town on a rail for a much less
blatant "infraction". Proving once again that the standards are different
for Democrats; they invariably get a pass on ethics (cough, Charlie
Rangel, cough) while Republicans always have to be 110% squeaky clean.
