Crisis averted. The White House moved the unveiling of Barack Obama's Super Amazing Jobs Creation Plan to Thursday September 8th. So the GOP presidential primary debate on tap for Wednesday which was already going to go on as planned won't upstage El Jefe.
But of course now his speech will be competing with the first game of the NFL season. Which means it'll need one heck of an intro.
Hit it Hank!
Well it's Thursday night
and we're ready to rock.
Time to lecture Congress
Barry's job is on the block.
It's the plan of the week
that's comin' your way.
He's creatin' jobs,
at least that's what he'll say.
We gotta get ready,
we gotta get right,
'Cause all Obama's friends
are itching for this fight!
So get ready. I mean, get ready. Get really ready.
Are you ready for some excuses?
A teleprompter party.
We've got Obama's re-election
tryin to get kick-started.
The stage is set
but the Congress took flight.
'Cause all the undecided voters
lean Republican tonight!
Prediction? Packers 21, Saints 17. Obama benched. Perry MVP.
