WyBlog, the best thing about New Jersey since the invention of the 24 hour diner.

Hugh provided the inspiration for this week's "where are the jobs" post.
Squeegee men, the aggressive and sometimes sinister panhandlers who used to wash car windows in New York whether you wanted them to, or not, are back.
Of course they are! It's Soap And Change!
Look, any way you slice it, Obama's policies have been a failure and we're paying the price. More of the same isn't going to fix anything.
How bad are Obama's policies? Millions of jobs lost bad.
Obama's EPA — destroyer of jobs! No wonder it topped the list of federal agencies the candidates in last night's debate hope to abolish. Please. Before the rolling blackouts hit New Jersey.
Got waste? A new report says that dead federal retirees are paid more than $120 million annually. One guy cashed his dead father's checks for 37 years. Our crackerjack government bureaucrats only found out about the fraud after the son died. Oops.
Hey does anybody here remember when Americans built the Intercontinental Railroad? No? C'mon, it's that giant bridge between New York City and France! Surely you've seen it. China has one too, I think it goes to Singapore's airport.
Now, we used to have the best infrastructure in the world here in America. We're the country that built the Intercontinental Railroad, the Interstate Highway System. We built the Hoover Dam. We built the Grand Central Station.
So how can we now sit back and let China build the best railroads? And let Europe build the best highways? And have Singapore build a nicer airport?
To compete with China we must close the railroad gap!
I get the feeling Barry has a one track mind.
A recession is when your neighbor loses his job.
A depression is when you lose your job.
And a recovery is when Barack Obama loses his job.
