Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.

Mark Levin asks, Is the Democrat Party becoming a fascist party?
I'm starting to think the Democrat Party should rename itself the Fascist Party. Its love of an all powerful, centralized government, and contempt for independent, successful individuals, are traits of a fascist mentality.
Nice Deb answers, yes.
I no longer wonder how so many people who lived during Hitler's evil reign of terror could have gone along with the unimaginable inhumanity of Naziism. I used to wonder about it. Not anymore.
I see horrifyingly evil "opinions" expressed by fellow Americans every day on Twitter, and in comment sections of blogs. They don't just disagree with conservatives — they want us to shut up, lose our jobs, be financially ruined, or to drop dead. They actually root for Republicans to die, and when they do die, the ghouls celebrate their deaths. Not just one or two weirdos engage in this behavior — huge packs of them do.
Their hatred of all things conservative is real and unhinged and it's stoked by a Commander in Chief who's M/O is to divide and conquer, and who never misses an opportunity to demonize his political opposition.
Many of Obama's most loyal subjects would volunteer to drive the cattle cars - they would operate the ovens for free.
His minions in the media have spent the last five years ruthlessly race-baiting anyone who disagrees with their precious first black President. No, I won't call him my President. I didn't vote for him, and I oppose everything that he stands for. In twenty years, when people wonder what the hell happened to our freedoms, our quality of life — our dignity — I'll be able to say, I had nothing to do with it — I fought it every step of the way.
The full-court press against Liberty is on.
Madam Justice Wise Latina refuses to read the First Amemdment as protecting religion from the excesses of government, unless that religion is Islam.
The United States Senate is openly calling for fingerprinting, photographing, and mandatary registration of all gun owners. The media yawns.
Newspeak abounds. The Bush Tax Cuts, which until last month the fascists had derided as the ultimate evil — cutting taxes created massive deficits and prolonged a deep recession — were suddenly the centerpiece of their triumphal "deficit reduction" plan. Because $47 of new revenue paired with $1 of phantom spending cuts "reduces" the deficit by adding $4 trillion to it.
Day by day Big Government inserts itself into every nook and cranny of our lives.
The rest of us should consider the contemptible behavior of people like Hoyer as we watch the expansion of politics into every area of our lives. The government grows; the private sector diminishes; everything becomes a political act. Soon you will see the phrase "none of your business" become an antique aphorism, as quaint as telling someone to "dial" a telephone number. Everything is everyone's business now. That's what Big Government means.
That's what America signed up for by re-electing Barack Obama, who is more dedicated to the contraction of the private sphere than any predecessor in living memory. He appears to sincerely believe that government control is necessary to achieve virtue. But the conduct of our political leadership doesn't seem terribly virtuous, does it? It's not even very polite.
Fascism is neither virtuous or polite. It's driven by the desire to control. Control what we say, what we do, what we eat, what we drink, the things we buy, where we go, and when we die. They've planned our lives, because they sincerely believe we cannot be trusted to plan life for ourselves. It's tyranny of the intelligentsia; they're smarter than us and they know what's best.
Really, you can't imagine how many Libtards on Twitter start out by telling me how smart they are, and thus I'd better listen to them. Because I'm just a dumbass Rethuglican who gets up and goes to work every day hoping he can earn enough money to keep the doors open until tomorrow. It's my duty to bow before Dear Leader and accept the wisdom of his benevolent munificence. And write checks. Big fat checks to lazy-ass takers so they can opine on the virtues of Class Struggle while feasting on the fruits of my labor.
Yup, these fascists are smart alright. Alas, they still haven't figured out how to make the trains run on time.
