Libtards have no shame episode #31754: bogus Sarah Palin divorce rumors

She's no longer governor of Alaska so the libtards needed another angle to attack Sarah Palin. They're terrified she might regroup and lead her supporters in a march on Washington to dethrone Comrade Obama. So they concoct bogus rumors of her impending divorce. Because a divorce would further discredit her "family values" platform.

Not to worry. Sarah and Todd Palin are NOT getting divorced. Robert Stacy McCain called her up on the telephone. You know, like a responsible journalist does, to get her reaction to the rumors.

"Divorce Todd? Have you seen Todd? I may be just a renegade hockey mom, but I'm not blind!"

Furthermore Palin's spokeswoman has released a statement:

"Professional" and liberals don't go hand-in-hand (cough, Frank Rich, cough). But this is a new low. I didn't think that even the New York Times Jayson Blair News Fabrication Desk would stoop to this. But, an obscure blogger fabricates a rumor and people who normally would exercise some restraint are drawn in because the bogus story fits their pre-conceived idea of what should be true.

The demented denizens of Firedoglake and Puffington Host are giddy with glee. If they ever bothered to leave their parents' basements and get a Real Job they might have to face reality, and reality doesn't jibe with liberal "values". This kind of attention deflecting rumor has Rahm Emanuel written all over it. A Sarah Palin divorce story pushes Henry Waxman's in-the-dead-of-night socialized medicine "compromise" off the front pages. Keeping the forces of Truth and Light engaged in disabusing unfounded rumors means that we aren't dissecting Waxman's latest attempt to ram health care rationing down our throats.

Consider that If I had concocted a similarly ridiculous tale about Barack and Michelle Obama's impending divorce nobody would take me seriously. Which of course is exactly as it should be. But this scumbag blatantly lies about Sarah Palin and the media eats it up.

The libtards are desparate. Their boy wonder is tanking in the polls and the wheels are about to come off his health care "reform" plan. His Wise Latina might be headed for a seat on the Supreme Court but you just know that when she authors her first opinion Scalia is ready to eviscerate her pitiful attempt at "logic" in 4 sentences (or less). Like Chairman Zero having ascended to a job way beyond his ability, her mediocrity will be exposed for all the world to see.

Liberals can't win the war of ideas so they resort to character assassination and name calling. Sarah Palin is quite simply better that that, and hence they can't stand her. Plus, liberals have no shame.
